Data as of October 29, 2026 · [How we measure](https://localpulseindex.com/methodology/)

## What we can correct

### We fix quickly

- Phone, address, hours, website and service area
- A business that has closed, moved or merged
- A figure we calculated wrongly, such as a duplicated listing inflating a count
- The wrong license or registration record matched to a business

### We can't change

- Ratings and reviews on the source platforms. Report those to the platform.
- Correctly calculated figures you disagree with
- A business's place in a group, unless the data behind it was wrong

## How to send one

1. **Tell us the page or business** and what should change, with a link to a source if you have one. [Contact us](https://localpulseindex.com/contact/).
2. **We reply within two working days** , saying whether we will change it.
3. **We check it** against the source, the business or public records.
4. **We log it** on the business's profile, with the date.
