- Verify it's yours. We call the business phone number or text it a code.
- Update your details: hours, services, service area, license and warranty.
- Choose alerts if you want them. Claiming itself is free.
Claiming lets you edit business details and reply to correction requests. It never lets you edit ratings, reviews or trend figures. To start a claim, contact us with your business name and city.

What no plan can do
Change, hide or delay any rating, review count, velocity, rating change, check date or website status. Move you into “Established”, “Gaining” or “New”. Remove a review. These are calculated the same way for every business, and we publish how.

Will claiming my profile change my activity numbers?
No. Claiming lets you correct details such as hours, services and service area. Review counts, ratings and the activity index are read from public sources and calculated the same way for every business.
What do the alerts tell me?
When new reviews start arriving faster or slower than before, when your rating moves, and when a check on your website or hours finds a change. You can follow competitors with the same public figures.
How do I get a license or insurance check shown?
Send us your license number and a current insurance certificate after you claim. We look the license up in the state record ourselves and show each check with its date and source.
